Basic production Order Example
Creating the Production Order
When a Manufacturing Order does not need Routing, only a single Production Task is created.
In the Manufacturing Order, we must manually enter the Section No. of the Production Task associated.
Production Journal with theoretical Consumptions and Outputs to be processed
The Production Task is created automatically, two new options have been added to the Order Menu
Production Task Card as follows:
Processing the Task Orders in Android Manufacturing Screens
The task appears in the Android Manufacturing Screen to be processed by the operator
Enter the Task
Start and post Consumptions and Outputs and finish the Production Task as explained in the next section.
Finish the Production Order
And then you can finish de PO manually or define automatic finishing in IM Manufacturing Setup when the last Production Task is finished
