Processing Production Tasks

Click on a Production Task from the list

Select the option from the Action Menu

Start

Click Start to show that the Production Task is in-process

Consumptions

Access to the Consumptions Screen to post the raw materials or intermediates consumed during the operation

  1. Use the barcode reader to introduce units one by one (Option 1)
  2. Item No.: Raw Material code and description
  3. Unit of measure of the Raw Material
  4. Quantities: (not posted) or posted
  5. Return to the previous screen
  6. Filter all components having remaining quantities to consume

Option 2, enter quantities manually

  1. Enter the quantity
  2. Return to the previous screen
  3. Register the quantity (not posted yet)
  4. Post the quantity

And the new consumption shows up in the screen

Outputs

The output of the finished item is mandatory to be produced in each of the Production Tasks to generate the Capacity Ledger Entries.

Finish

When the Production Task is finished, the Task disappears from the Android Production Screen
