Creating the Production Order
Manufacturing Order with Routing creates a Production Task for every routing Production Center or Machine Center
Each Production Task will inherit the Section No. of the Production or Machine Center associated.
Production Journal with theoretical Consumptions and Outputs to be processed
The Production Task is created automatically, two new options have been added to the Order Menu
Production Task List as follows:
Processing the Task Orders in Android Manufacturing Screens
The task appears on the Android Manufacturing Screen to be processed on the shop floor by the operator
Assembly Screen:
Machinery Screen:
Enter each Task and start and post Consumptions and Outputs and finish the Production Task as explained in the next section.
Finish the Production Order
And then you can finish de PO manually or define automatic finishing in IM Manufacturing Setup when the last Production Task is finished.
